Thanks for clarifying and sharing your thoughts on that statement, Drew. I wasn't too sure about it myself, but don't interject my own thoughts into my notes… I just let them say what the speaker said. Thanks for your pastoral insight there.

I'm still thinking about Donald Miller's talk. I loved his presentation and the thought of the climax being the great wedding feast. I did think this comment (and the belief that Jesus was not the climax) isn't accurate. In that, because of how God works there is the already/not-yet tension we live in. So the we know the end of the Story which was brought about by Jesus work on the cross even though we don't fully experience this until He returns.
