Friday Fun

It’s Friday. The first post-summer work week. I know you’ve all already checked out and are thinking about the weekend, so here’s a few videos and things that made me laugh, think and cry this week.

My friend Anthony shared this video with me… it’s phenomenal. Check the other videos Salomon’s vimeo stream, too!

There is so much to say about this video. One can’t deny this guy’s passion. And I need to call into question the validity of his claim to have Master’s Degree in Communication. #justsayin

You owe it to yourself to download GoogleChrome and check out this amazing mashup of Google technology and tunes from Arcade Fire. Seriously. You’ll thank me later.

I was never a huge fan of The Amazing Race, but this could sway me to watch this season. Watermelon, anyone?

This is from one of the 12 Cities | 12 Conversations Gatherings where the issue of Celebrity vs Influence was discussed. Some interesting thoughts.

This is probably one of the most genius marketing campaigns via YouTube I’ve seen. You can write your own ending. Seriously.

What is empathy? Brilliant video/storytelling.

And one more… just for good measure…

Go Oprah-fy yourself and celebrate her 25th and, sadly, final season. I did. And let me tell you, I’d be a very unattractive cross-dresser.
