I'm an urban dweller, social media strategist, frequent traveler, coffee elitist, Broadway nerd, am left-handed and right-brained, and have a firm conviction that experiences are greater than things.
Over the past seven years I've been my own boss and have worked with a wide array of clients to help them maximize their presence on social media.
Prior to being my own boss, I worked in marketing and communications for 10 years with non-profit organizations and churches.
My social media network of choice is Instagram, and you can also find me on Twitter occasionally (usually during live events), on Facebook out of obligation, and on LinkedIn. Admittedly, I spend more time doing social media for my clients than for myself, so don't judge.
According to StrengthsFinder, my top 5 are:
I'm an Enneagram 7, which means I'm going to be passionate about any project I take on and I am enriched my new experiences and challenges.
Outside of work, I am one of the co-founders of Church Clarity, a non-profit that aims to bring clarity to policies that Evangelical churches enforce. I enjoy SoulCycle, live concerts, Apple products, typography, black coffee, red wine, NPR, Netflix original series, documentaries, and love a good dinner out with friends. I've been a resident of Lakeview East, a neighborhood in Chicago's North side, for six years and can literally walk to everything I need. If I'm not traveling, you can usually find me in an indie neighborhood coffeeshop that has fast wi-fi.

I do periodically blog on Medium. Check out my posts here.
My presence on social media is just that: mine. Nothing I say reflects the thoughts or opinions of my clients.
